We cover most of Selangor & Kuala Lumpur. However, surcharges may apply on addresses outside of our coverage area.

Our Services heavily depend on the square feet of the premise, size of infestation & type of services. However our price range starts from RM 180 onwards for One Time General Pest Control Service.

• Cockroaches, Crawling Insects & Ants are general pests that invade any environment so long as there is food supplies and water. Our eco-friendly residual sprays and baits are commonly used to treat cockroach and ants infestation. Spraying our eco green pesticides surrounding the perimeter of your property seals the deal to keep those creepy crawlers at bay. 
• Rat Control  however involves baiting & traps to eliminate rodents from infesting your property. Only at Uni Smart Pest Control, we offer Smart-Bait an eco rat baiting system that is placed up in the ceiling or the attic of your property. This is to apply a direct approach to ensure rats are lured into our rat bait. Rats love dark, warm & closed spaces which would be your ceiling or attic. Hence why Smart-Bait is our signature service when it comes to Rat Control.
• Termites are very interesting pests. Termites require crucial steps & proper baiting approach as they are known as social insects that operate in a hierarchy system. Hence, we  provide termite baiting services which require placing & servicing the bait monthly to eradicate any active termite colony. We also provide Termite Drilling services which includes drilling & injecting termiticides within the foundation of your premise. 
• Bed bug Control involves performing ULV (Ultra Low Volume) Misting. This misting service shall be conducted thoroughly to your bed frame, bed sheets, pillowcases, luggage, mattresses & more potential bed bug infested hotspots. 

We run a busy day to day schedule. Upon your enquiry you may expect your first service after a 24-48 hour period. However, we will also consider factors like your location & availability of our team to provide you at the soonest possible time.

Upon receiving your invoice for your service, you may pay using online methods like QR Pay & Online Bank Transfer. For cash & cheque options, you may liaise with our team or salesman.

Yes, we would encourage doing so in order to make the service faster & to cover more grounds/space.

We would recommend avoiding mopping the area that has been sprayed to maximize the effectiveness of the service.

No refunds for cancellation of services.

General Pest Control & Rat Control services can be about 30 minutes for properties under 3000 square feet. Bed Bugs Services require a much detailed treatment which can take up to 1 hour. However, Termite prevention service can take up to 3-5 hours as it involves more steps & process.

It would be better if you are, but it’s not a requirement. You may venture to tackle your busy day ahead and assign a personnel to allow our team to perform the service.
